All returns are for exchange (size or style) or store credit only, we do not provide refund on returns.

Returns (USA ONLY)

We Use ReDo to provide $1.98 returns and exchanges. At checkout, you'll have the option to add ReDo to your order for $1.98. This fee acts as insurance to cover your return label cost when returning for credit, and covers both way labels on exchanges. Exchanges are accepted on both new sizes and new styles, if your new style is of greater value, you'll be prompted to checkout payment for the difference. 

If you did not purchase ReDo at checkout when you placed your order, you can still follow the link above to process your return, you will be charged for your return shipping label with discounted rates. We will cover the shipping to send new items out to you on exchanges, for store credit returns you will incur a new shipping cost when you place a new order under $200, over $200 we cover your shipping.

Returns are processed within 2 days of delivery back to us. 

CANADA: We do Not accept direct returns from canada due to high shipping costs and import costs, if you need to return your item for store credit please contact us rebelloveclothing@gmail.com directly to discuss, we have a Canada return partner in Ontario. 

INTERNATIONAL: We do not accept returns on international orders, no exception. If you'd prefer to purchase our products from one of our retail partners, please check our listed stores HERE who may have a more favorable return policy for your region.

Shipping

USA: We use UPS Ground and USPS Priority shipping to provide 2-4 day shipping. The length of shipping time depends on your distance from Las Vegas. See Example times below. Mon-Fri Orders placed before 1pm PST will be shipped out same day, after 1pm will be shipped next day.

West Coast (1-2 Business days) Mid West to East Coast (3-4 Business Days) Express option available at checkout for 2 day delivery

INTERNATIONAL:

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

Duties and taxes may apply on all international orders. These are charged by your country, are due on delivery, and are a variable price based on the value of the package, brokerage fees and taxes at the point of entry. These are the customers responsibility to pay to accept your package. If the customs is not paid and the package is returned to sender, we will not refund your order.

We chose the best courier possible to reduce your overall brokerage fees. We are very aware this is a tough issue for international shopper, and we think about what the best method will be for you when we purchase a label.

CANADA: Your orders will be shipped with USPS to Canada Post if the weight is under 5LBS (under 3 garments) This is the lowest possible fees charged by brokerage services.

Sales

All sales and promotionally discounted items are Final, (Ex. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, End of season sales) no returns, exchanges or refunds, please let us know if you need fit advice or sizing help before purchasing.

If you purchased "ReDo" for $1.98 at checkout, you are eligible for free returns and exchanges.

You may return your order for any reason (within 2 weeks of delivery) for store credit or exchange, we do not do returns for refund because of the costs we incur in every order. We do not credit the original shipping charge. You are only permitted to exchange an order once, we do not accept exchanges on exchange orders. Please ask for help with sizing if you’re having trouble. 

*We do not accept returns on swimwear and intimates, this will be noted directly on the product listing*

LUCKY LOU SHOES RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted on USA orders only, within 14 days of delivery, for size exchange or credit towards an alternative pair of Lucky Lou Shoes. We do not offer refund on returns.  Shoes must be returned to us in unworn, pristine condition.  When trying on shoes at home, please only walk on carpet to prevent scratching the soles. All item(s) must be in all of their original packaging, including inner and outer boxes, and the items MUST be placed back into the original bags as well.  No exceptions.  We will not accept returns for items that are not in all of their original packaging or if the items arrive damaged due to lack of original packaging.  If items are not re-bagged, we will charge a handling/re-stocking fee of $15 at our discretion. Returns that are not accepted will be returned to customer at their cost.

How to Return  

To start a return through your account you can do so HERE use our website chatbox if you need assistance.

Please label the package clearly with your name and order number, so we may promptly credit you when it arrives. Returns are processed within 2 days of arrival. You can check your return label tracking to see delivery date.

Your product should be sent back in the same condition you received it, without odors, pet hair, makeup or any other flaws caused by trying at home. Please fold back into the original clear vinyl packaging. If you do not return your product in an acceptable state, you will not be eligible for credit and will need to cover the return shipping cost for us to send the product back to you.

Due to import duties and taxes, we only accept returns from USA orders at this time, to speak to someone directly or ask questions about your return you can quickly message our website chat box 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:  

We use a high quality manufacturer, but in the event our garment has a flaw, you may discuss a full refund with us or a free return for exchange or credit. Refunds are dealt with on a case to case basis and are up to the discretion of our management. This is to prevent a customer from damaging a garment to try to receive a refund. If the error is deemed our fault, we will refund your purchase price and cover the shipping of returning the garment.

Exchanges:

When choosing a new style with a higher price, you'll be prompted to pay for the difference. Returns are accepted within 14 days of product delivery. You are only permitted to exchange an order once, we do not accept exchanges on exchange orders. We encourage all customers to seek our advice on sizing and fit if you are not sure, to avoid any unnecessary returns and to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Our website chatbox is the fastest way to get in touch with us.

Store Credit Codes:

On return of your items you will be issued a credit code for the value of the product and any taxes paid. We do not include the shipping costs in your credit value, as these costs were paid to the courier to deliver your order. You can use this code in the promo box at checkout when you're ready to place a new order. If you lose your code, simply contact us.

Return Shipping Costs:

If you chose ReDo for $1.98 at checkout, your order is covered for Free returns and Exchanges. See the top of this page for more info.

If you did not purchase return insurance at checkout, you'll be prompted to pay for your return shipping label. We will cover the shipping to send out your new item on exchanges.

PreOrders: when a preorder is placed we manufacture the item for you, because there is costs involved in your production we do not accept canceled orders. Please allow a 2 week window around our expected ship date due to possible delays. If you need to exchange for another style or size, or would like a credit instead CLICK HERE If the item you receive is not as described you can contact us and we can asses your refund request. 

Canceled orders incur a 3% charge, this is charged to us by the payment processor at the time you place your order and can not be recouped if you chose to cancel your order.
