Made in black stretch cotton sateen, this structured shirt dress features a sharp collar, covered front snaps, unique dropped shoulder with puff sleeve caps that slim through the arm, and a corseted back that cinches the waist. The voluminous ruched skirt adds drama through the hips and back for a commanding, feminine silhouette.
