Processing Times
We ship Monday–Friday from Las Vegas, excluding holidays.
Please allow 1 business day for processing in addition to the estimated transit time.
In Stock Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday–Friday, may ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are generally processed the following business day. Items marked as PreOrders see below info.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
United States Shipping
We use UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail and select the service we believe will provide the best delivery time for your location.
Estimated transit times after shipment:
West Coast: Approximately 1-2 business days
Midwest and East Coast: Approximately 3–4 business days
Express shipping: Available by request. Please contact us through website chat before ordering.
Delivery estimates exclude processing time, weekends and holidays. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, remote destinations, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
Elle Rebel is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package was lost in commute or stolen after delivery, please contact us to open an investigation with the courier. Insurance on each package is based on the couriers review. Preorders
The estimated preorder shipping date is displayed in bold at the top of the product description and varies by product.
Please review this date before purchasing. Preorder dates are our best estimates and are not guaranteed. We do not recommend ordering a preorder item for an event or deadline close to the estimated shipping date in case there is any unforeseen delays out of our control.
USA orders: If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the in-stock items will normally ship first. Preorder items will ship separately when available.
International orders: If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will be held until all items are available. To receive in-stock products sooner, please place them in a separate order.
Preorder dates may change because of production, freight, customs or other delays outside our control. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact affected customers with the available options.
International Shipping
International transit times vary by destination, courier and customs processing. Customs delays are outside Elle Rebel’s control and are not included in delivery estimates.
We select international shipping services based on transit time, reliability and anticipated brokerage costs. We cannot guarantee that a particular courier will result in the lowest total import cost.
Duties, Taxes, Tariffs and Brokerage Fees
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Tariffs
- Brokerage or handling fees
These charges are determined by your country and the courier. They are not charged or collected by Elle Rebel and are the customer’s responsibility.
Our products are made in China, so import charges are based on goods entering your country from the "country of origin" China, even though your order ships from the United States.
You may use an online import calculator for a rough estimate by providing:
- Product description, such as polyester dress (Generally HS Code 620413)
- Product value
- Shipping cost
- Country of origin: China
- Destination country
Any estimate is only a guide. Final charges are determined by customs and the courier.
Some countries offer a duty-free or tax-free threshold for lower-value shipments, but the amount and rules vary by country.

Unpaid Customs Charges
Customers are responsible for paying all customs and import charges required to receive their package.
If charges are refused or left unpaid and the package is returned, held by customs, abandoned, or lost, the order is not eligible for a refund. We can credit back to you less any delivery fees and return fees. EU residents please see the right of withdrawal link on the bottom menu.
Canada
For Canadian orders under approximately 5 lb, usually fewer than three garments, we generally ship with USPS for delivery through Canada Post when available. This often results in lower brokerage fees.
Larger orders may ship with DHL. UPS may be used when we believe it offers the better overall shipping option or Canada Post is on strike.
You may leave a courier preference in your order notes. We will do our best to accommodate it, but additional shipping charges may apply.
