USA Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for:
Store credit
Exchange for another size or style
We do not provide refunds for standard returns. Refunds may only be approved in limited circumstances after individual review or where required by applicable law.
Items discounted by more than 50% are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law or when an item arrives flawed, damaged or incorrect.

All USA returns and exchanges must be started through our return portal within 14 days of delivery.
Once your return label is generated, it is valid for 20 days. Your package must be given to the carrier before the label expires.
The return portal can also be used to report an item that arrived flawed, damaged or incorrect. You can upload photos and send to our team for review, this is faster than reaching out by email.

Return Condition
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Free from perfume, smoke, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, stains, damage and other odors or marks
- Neatly folded inside the original clean vinyl garment bag
Please do not use the clear garment bag as the outer shipping package.
If you are not able to drop off your package you can call the courier (FedEx) or use their website (usps) for a free pickup using your tracking ID
All returns are inspected after delivery. Items showing wear, odors, stains, damage, missing tags or other signs that they are not in original condition may be rejected.
Rejected items may be returned to the customer, and ineligible for store credit or refunds.
ReDo Return Coverage
At checkout, you may add ReDo return coverage for $1.98.
For eligible returns, ReDo covers:
- The return shipping label for store-credit returns
- Both shipping labels for exchanges
Exchanges may be made for another size or another eligible style. If the replacement item costs more, you will be invoiced by our system to pay the difference. If the difference is not paid, the system is unable to generate the exchange order.
ReDo coverage does not change the return window, item eligibility or condition requirements listed in this policy.
Returns Without ReDo
You may still use the return portal if ReDo was not added to your order.
The cost of a discounted return label will be shown and charged through the portal.
For approved exchanges, Elle Rebel will cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
For store-credit returns, standard shipping charges will apply when the credit is used on a future order unless the new order qualifies for free shipping.
Original shipping charges and return-label costs are nonrefundable.
Exchange Availability
Exchange items are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until the return request is completed through the portal.
If the requested item is no longer available, store credit will be issued instead.
Processing Time
Approved returns are generally processed within 2 business days after they are delivered to and inspected by Elle Rebel.
Carrier transit time is not included.
For the fastest exchange, create your return promptly and give the package to the carrier as soon as possible.
Flawed, Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that an item arrives flawed, damaged or incorrect, submit the issue through the return portal within 14 days of delivery.
Please provide clear photographs of the issue. Do not wear, wash, alter or attempt to repair the item before the claim is reviewed.
Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, repair, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Canada
Due to high international shipping and import costs, Canadian returns cannot be processed through our standard USA return portal.
To request a Canadian return for store credit, contact hello@ellerebel.com within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back.
In some cases, we may be able to arrange for the return to be sent to a Canadian retail partner. Approval and return instructions must be received before shipment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and related costs.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
European Union: Right of Withdrawal
Eligible EU customers have the right to withdraw from qualifying online purchases within 14 days of receiving the order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law. If a prepaid label is provided through our portal, the label cost will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable EU law after the returned goods are received or acceptable proof of shipment is provided.
Items may be inspected as they reasonably would be in a store. A deduction may be made for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under EU law.
Other International Orders
We do not accept standard change-of-mind returns from countries outside the USA, Canada and eligible EU jurisdictions due to international shipping, customs and import costs.
This does not apply where a remedy is required by applicable law or where an item arrives flawed, damaged or incorrect.
